With this non-competitive solicitation, BJA will accept applications from the six Regional Information Sharing Systems (RISS) Centers who received invitation letters with instructions on how to apply to this solicitation.
RISS Centers directly support federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial criminal justice agencies and practitioners.

Only applicants that received an official invitation letter from BJA concerning RISS are able and eligible to apply.
Applications will only be accepted from the following: • Middle Atlantic-Great Lakes Organized Crime Law Enforcement Network (MAGLOCLEN) • Mid-States Organized Crime Information Center (MOCIC) • New England State Police Information Network (NESPIN) • Regional Organized Crime Information Center (ROCIC) • Rocky Mountain Information Network (RMIN) • Western States Information Network (WSIN)
