Additional Information of Eligibility:
*PI Limit: An individual nominee (Individual) must be a U. S. Citizen or permanent resident.
Nominees may be federal government employees except for those identified in the U. S. Code Title 5.
For more information go to: http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/5/usc_sup_01_5_10_III_20_C_30_45_40_I.html Individuals must have demonstrated outstanding and sustained mentoring and effective guidance to a significant number of underrepresented students at the K-12, undergraduate, or graduate education level, including post doctoral fellows, over a minimum of five years.
Nominations for the individual award must clearly delineate the achievements of the individual as separate from those of the institution or organization.
Former Individual award recipients of the PAESMEM award are not eligible.
