SOS Inc of Emporia Receives Grants

Agency - Federal Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) program

The Federal Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) program of Kansas has awarded SOS Inc of Emporia with a grant totaling $24,311.


The grant will be used to add domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking services to rural Osage County victims.


According to Kansas Governor Sam Brownback, the JAG funding helps strengthen their partnership for safe communities and enhance the state's capacity to prevent, solve and control crime.
