The Proposal of Ending Using Tuition to Revenue Student Aid

The state of Iowa proposes to the lawmakers to prohibit the use of tuition to fun financial aids for students because it seemed unfair to middle class students who seek education in public universities.


The state proposes to increase state appropriations to the university based on the money needed for financial aid; another is to create state grant program distributed on the basis of needs.
