Tampa Bay Black Business Investment Corporation (TBBBIC) was incorporated in 1987. It has attracted bank support leveraged through the state"s Florida Black Business Investment Board established to help capitalize local black business investment corporations such as TBBIC. It provides capital and technical assistance to African-American businesses in Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties of Florida.
