Community Fund of North Miami-Dade, a certified CDFI, was established in 2002 to provide affordable housing products and development services to low-income residents of Miami-Dade, Florida. The $25,000 Technical Assistance grant will be used for design and implementation of marketing materials; to develop pool of contractors, and subcontractors and inspectors for referrals to rehabilitation loan borrowers; and develop technical assistance/training materials and manual in English and Spanish.
