The Allocatee will utilize its NMTC allocation to make equity and near equity investments and loans to companies in any stage of the business life-cycle (from start-up through traditional small business and commercial lending). The organization believes the NMTC Program will enable it to expand the volume of its activities and the types of products and services it offers, better target its transactions to particularly economically distressed areas, and reduce the investee"s cost of funds.
