Women and Families Facilities Fund (WFFF) was established in 2003 and provides pre-development facilities financing benefiting low-income women and families in low-income neighborhoods within the Greater Philadelphia metropolitan area.

WFFF received a Technical Assistance grant in the amount of $48,940 to obtain: consulting services to conduct a market analysis, develop financial projections, a marketing plan, lending and portfolio management policies and a capitalization plan; board training in risk management, financial projections and capitalization planning; staff training in facilities financing, and lending and portfolio management; and computer technology for its staff.
