Landmarks Community Capital Corporation (Landmarks CCC) is a nonprofit organization in operation since 2007. Landmarks CCC is an emerging CDFI that provides affordable commercial real estate loans and related development services in the Pittsburgh, PA region. Landmarks CCC will use the FY2009 Technical Assistance grant for: 1) staff slaries and benefits; 2) loan management software; and 3) consulting services to improve its capacity through market analysis and implementation of a formal marketing plan.
