Lowcountry Housing Trust is a certified CDFI established in 2004. The CDFI provides financing to nonprofits, government agencies, low-income persons, and private firms for affordable housing development serving low-income residents in the Charleston, South Carolina metropolitan area. Lowcountry Housing Trust will use its FY2009 Financial Assistance award as lending capital for affordable housing development to its Target Market.
