The purpose of this Phase III program is for the grantee to pursue commercial applications of work that derives from, extends, or logically concludes effort(s) performed under prior (Phase I/II) SBIR funding agreements.
Funding for these projects may be provided, in whole or in part by, the American
Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
