High-Energy-Density Laboratory Plasma Science

The DOE SC program in Fusion Energy Sciences (FES) and the NNSA Defense Program (DP) Office of Experimental Sciences jointly announce their interests in receiving applications for new and renewal awards for research in High-Energy-Density Laboratory Plasma Science.

All individuals or groups planning


to submit applications for new or renewal funding in Fiscal Year 2025 should do so in response to this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO).

This NOFO is part of the SC-NNSA Joint Program in High-Energy-Density Laboratory Plasmas, a partnership aimed at advancing fundamental high-energy-density science within the DOE.

Additional Information of Eligibility:
Any public or nonprofit private entity located in a State (which includes one of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, U. S. Virgin Islands, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, Republic of Palau, Federated States of Micronesia, and the Republic of the Marshall Islands) is eligible to apply for a cooperative agreement under this announcement.

Faith-based organizations and American Indian/Alaskan Native/Native American (AI/AN/NA) organizations are eligible to apply for this National Resource Center for HIV/AIDS Prevention among Adolescents Cooperative Agreement.
