Purpose of Program:
The Javits program supports evidence-based research, demonstration projects, innovative strategies, and similar activities designed to build and enhance the ability of elementary and secondary schools nationwide to identify gifted and talented (as defined in this notice) students and meet their special educational needs.
Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) number 8 4. 206A.
Applications for grants under the Javits program, CFDA number 8 4. 206A, must be submitted electronically using the Governmentwide Grants.gov Apply site at www.Grants.gov.
