NOI submissions will be received through the closing date of the CAN, which is 30 September 201 3. This CAN, leading to the potential award of a Cooperative Agreement, is issued pursuant to Subpart A of 14 CFR 1260, and Title 14 CFR Part 1274 for commercial organizations.
