Subject to the availability of funds, USDOL’s Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB) intends to provide funding to the Pan American Development Foundation

(PADF) without full and open competition.

Authority:

The recipient has unique qualifications to perform the type of activity to be funded.

The sole-source would raise the funding ceiling for the Auto Employer Project up to $5,000,000 to expand the impact of the project’s achievements in Mexico, specifically in the automotive sector, and improve employer compliance by scaling up proven project methodologies and activities.
