OVC FY 2023 Invited to Apply - National Crime Victims' Rights Week Community Awareness Projects (2024)

OJP is committed to advancing work that promotes civil rights and racial equity, increases access to justice, supports crime victims and individuals impacted by the justice system, strengthens community safety and protects the public from crime and evolving threats, and builds trust between law enforcement

With this solicitation, OVC seeks to support an organization to provide financial and technical assistance to approximately 80 communities nationwide to conduct public education and awareness activities on crime victims’ rights and services in their jurisdictions during the 2024 National Crime Victims’ Rights Week (NCVRW).

All final decisions as to which communities will be funded by the intermediary will be made by the OVC Director.Statutory Authority:
