Donnelly Training Area (DTA), Donnelly Flight Landing Strip, Fort Wainwright, Alaska SOW 23-107 - The objectives of the work to be performed under this project are to implement the INRMP to provide healthy and resilient environments that are sustainable, high-quality settings for military training and
to protect and enhance biological diversity and ecological health on all Department of Defense (DoD) lands and to ensure compliance with all environmental laws and regulations.
