Partners in Care Expands Home Health Aide Services

Agency - New York Metropolitan Transit Council

Partners in Care, an affiliate of the Visiting Nurse Service of New York, along with Long Island Congregations, Associations and Neighborhoods (LI-CAN), has recently received a $234,124 grant allocation from the New York Metropolitan Transit Council.


The grant will serve as a stepping stone in expanding Partners in Care's operations to grow the number of professionally trained and screened home health aides to service the Long Island's increasing elderly and chronically ill population.
