Network for Oregon Affordable Housing (NOAH) is a certified CDFI established in 1990. NOAH provides interim and permanent financing to create affordable housing and to support economic development in communities throughout the State of Oregon.

NOAH will use the 2005 financial assistance award of $1, 398,750 to 1) increase its capital base and lending capacity within its existing target markets; 2) provide more flexible loan rates and terms to borrowers; and 3) focus more specifically on Hot Zones and Severely Distressed Rural Areas.
