Created in 1998 by the Fayette County Community Action Agency and Community Action Southwest, Tri-County Community Loan Fund is a nonprofit agency that provides loans to low income individuals - and businesses employing low income individuals - located in Washington, Fayette, and Greene Counties in Pennsylvania.

TA (2004) - $38,000

Tri-County Community Loan Fund will use the award to expand their micro-enterprise and small business loans and to increase services available for start-up and small businesses. Funds will be used for a laptop and related software and hardware; consultant support for developing loan and portfolio management policies and procedures and Board development; and staff and Board training.
