Bay City Union Leader Clarifies on Lost Over $456,000 Grant

Last month, Bay City officials discovered they had missed funds from Gov. Rick Snyder's Competitive Grant Assistance Program.


Chris Reynolds, a Bay City firefighter union leader, clarifies allegations when city officials blamed his group on losing a $456,248 state grant. The grant money is expected to support the existing public safety merger which will kick off police officer firefighting training in July.
