Burbank Unified Receives Grant

Burbank Unified will be among the few school districts that will be receiving a $75,000 grant to help education students transition to higher education.


According to the superintendent of public instruction Tom Torlakson, the grant recipients had to demonstrate a clear and substantial plan for assisting adult students in their efforts to graduate into college or vocational career institutions.
