County Multiagency Drug Squad Approves Membership Fee Reduction Budget

The Marin County Major Crimes Task Force approved a new budget that decreases membership fees to city participants. The reason for the overall reduction is that the task force was given a one-year state grant to curb methamphetamine use.


Participating cities either withdrew or kept their options open after years of budget cuts. The 2013-2014 budget was adopted during the committee meeting, which was held at the Novato Police Department.
