State Grant for Sewer Lines

The Hickory City Council will use a $2.9 million state grant to install a sewer line to Eastwood, Random Woods, and Sherwood Forest Subdivisions.


The extension of the sewer line to three areas is part of the long range, overall expansion of the city's water and sewer system. The subdivisions actually have water service, however they do not have sewer.
