Two Volunteer Groups Wins State Grant for Trunkline Trail Efforts

Two volunteer groups, Friends of the SNETT and the Bay State Trail Riders Association, working to develop the Southern New England Trunkline Trail have received a state grant.


The $22,000 matching grant is administered by the state Department of Conservation and Recreation through its Recreational Trails Program. The two groups have pulled together projects along the trail.
