First State Community Loan Fund supports microenterprises, small businesses and affordable housing throughout the State of Delaware.

CDFI Awards for First State Community Loan Fund


TA (2004) - $47,000

First State Community Loan Fund will use the award to re-design website and marketing materials, acquire lending monitoring software, and obtain training for staff.



SECA (2000) - $28,000

The technical assistance award will be used to purchase technology, support staff training, upgrade its website, develop a customer satisfaction survey, develop a Spanish-language training video, and conduct a budget system utilization review.



CORE (1998) - $645,000

The CDFI Fund"s $585,000 capital grant and $60,000 technical assistance grant will be used to support and expand on First State"s existing financing product lines, which include lending to small businesses and microenterprises, and financing affordable housing.
