Enterprise Community Fund (ECF), a non-profit business loan fund, makes working capital loans to small and micro-businesses in the distressed neighborhoods of the Akron Enterprise Community. ECF also provides businesses with much needed technical assistance. The CDFI Funda€™s award will be used by ECF to expand its lending for small amounts of working capital that banks have been unwilling to finance.
