Established in 1995, Albina Community Bancorp (ACB) is a certified CDFI serving the residential and commercial credit needs of primarily low and moderate income residents located in North/Northeast Portland, Oregon.

FA (2009) - $2,000,000

Albina Community Bancorp is a bank holding company and the parent of Albina Community Bank. Both entities are certified CDFIs. Established in 1995, Albina Community Bancorp serves low- and moderate-income persons in Portland, Oregon. It provides a full range of financial products and services, including loans to refinance predatory mortgages and loans for affordable housing development. It also provides an extensive amount of small business lending. Albina Community Bancorp will use its CDFI Program award to increase the volume of its lending to its target market



TA (2004) - $84,000

Albina Community Bancorp (ACB) will use the award to obtain consulting services to develop its customer information tracking and reporting system; to organize its loan servicing department and, to acquire management software.



CORE (1997) - $400,000

A $400,000 equity investment made by the CDFI Fund will enhance the capital base of the bank and leverage over $4 million in additional assets.
