Founded in 2002, the Hacienda Community Credit Union (HCCU) is a CDFI serving to empower the Latino community by promoting savings, making loan capital available, pooling community resources and increasing financial literacy among low-wealth and often unbanked Latino households in the Portland, OR metropolitan area.
