The organization will utilize its NMTC allocation to support the development of a 226-room hotel in downtown Washington D.C., in a neighborhood that suffers from much higher levels of distress than those minimally required by the NMTC program. The Allocatee believes that, without the NMTC, this project would not be feasible.
