The technical assistance award will be used to purchase computers, which will enhance the development services offered by Permian Basin to small business owners and entrepreneurs. The award will also be used for costs associated with accounting and loan portfolio software allowing Permian Basin to attain a higher level of operating efficiency. A consultant will be hired to assist with a strategic planning process and staff support will help to develop a customer demographic and informational database.
