William Mann Jr. Community Development Corporationa€™s (WMCDC) was created in 1994 to provide capital gap financing for small, minority and women-owned businesses. WMCDC is a for-profit multibank community development corporation. This CDFI serves southeast Fort Worth and other distressed neighborhoods throughout Fort Worth. WMCDC works in partnership with the Fort Worth Business Assistance Center (BAC) to provide needed technical assistance to small businesses.
