Grow South Dakota is an emerging CDFI established in 2007. It plans to offer direct loans and development services to businesses in order to promote its mission of economic development in distressed rural South Dakota. Grow South Dakota will use its FY09 Technical Assistance grant to: 1) establish permanent staff and office space; 2) procure training and professional services; 3) conduct outreach; and 4) acquire furnishings and equipment for staff.
