NMTC (2002) - $75,000,000
The organization will utilize its NMTC allocation to support: 1) secondary market facilitation services such as loan purchase, pooling, and seasoning services, as well as securitization and investor guarantee services targeted to a national network of CDEs; and 2) direct commercial investments which offer mezzanine financing, equity investments, and senior debt investments. Paramount indicates that the value of the NMTC allocation will be used to finance projects that, but for the benefit of the tax credits, would not have been underwritten.
