Ohio Manufacturing Institute Receives Grant from Ohio Department of Development

The Ohio Department of Development has awarded a state grant to the Ohio Manufacturing Institute. The grant in the amount of $150,000 will be used to expand the access of Ohio manufacturers to technical services offered by public and private resources in the state.


The Ohio Manufacturing Institute provides manufacturers with research, development and process support. For the past two years, it has operated as an arm of the Ohio State University College of Engineering, allowing the institute access to the university's technical resources.
