Twinsburg Schools Get $174,000 State Grant for Reading Program

Twinsburg Schools was awarded a state grant totaling to $174,000 to help finance a reading program in support of the district to meet the new Third Grade Reading Guarantee standard.


The program will allow a standard of literacy and reading comprehension to elementary school students that the Ohio Department of Education introduced last summer. The grant will also fund several literacy development events during the school year 2013-14.
