NMTC (2009) - $80,000,000

Stonehenge Community Development, LLC is a CDE that invests in small businesses and non-profits nationwide that have the greatest potential to have a significant impact on minority communities. Stonehenge Community Development LLC is committed to investing 100 percent of its QLICIs in areas of greater distress and structuring 100 percent of its products with flexible and non-conventional terms, including reduced interest rates that are at least 50 percent below-market. The CDE is also partnering with the National Urban League to provide minority entrepreneurship training in low-income communities.



NMTC (2008) - $85,000,000

Stonehenge Community Development, LLC (Stonehenge) is a national CDE that invests in small businesses and non-profit community service businesses that have a significant impact on minority communities. Stonehenge will target 100 percent of its financing into severely distressed communities. Stonehenge"s primary product offering will be debt with equity features, and its debt offerings will be provided at rates at least 50 percent below the prevailing market rates. The community service business line, which will provide subordinated debt to community service providers, is a new line of business for Stonehenge.



NMTC (2006) - $75,000,000

Stonehenge Community Development, LLC is a national CDE providing non-real estate debt and equity financing to a diversified portfolio of QALICBs. Stonehenge will use its allocation to provide below market, flexible financing to a wide spectrum of businesses through several distinct product offerings focused predominately on minority populations: (1) a Minority Mezzanine Fund, (2) a Minority Franchise Fund (3) a Small Business Loan Fund and, (4) an Empowerment Fund, which provides no-cost financial counseling to minority-owned businesses. Stonehenge is partnering with the National Urban League for the provision of its financial counseling and other services.



NMTC (2003) - $127,500,000

Stonehenge Community Development (Stonehenge) will utilize the NMTC allocation to significantly expand its existing business of making community economic development investments in low-income communities. Stonehenge has entered into a strategic community alliance with the National Urban League to facilitate this expansion of its existing activities and provide it with greater access to the urban low-income communities and minority-owned businesses. Stonehenge will focus primarily on providing non-conventional and flexible financing to a diversified portfolio of non-real estate businesses. Such flexible and non-conventional terms will include provisions such as below market interest rates, longer than standard period of interest-only payments, longer than standard amortization period, non-traditional forms of collateral, and equity features. Stonehenge will also use profits from the NTMC allocation to make contributions to the National Urban League to support its economic developm
