NMTC (2008) - $100,000,000

The Wisconsin Community Development Legacy Fund, Inc. (WCDLF) is a partnership formed by the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority and Legacy Bancorp, a certified CDFI bank holding company based in Milwaukee. WCDLF will use its NMTC allocation to provide investments in Wisconsin"s most distressed communities, with a strong focus on underserved rural communities. WCDLF will finance high impact real estate and non-real estate NMTC projects primarily with equity-equivalent subordinate debt products, but will also provide senior and mezzanine financing with rates at least 50 percent below market.



NMTC (2007) - $120,000,000

The Wisconsin Community Development Legacy Fund (WCDLF) will use its NMTC allocation to bring equity-equivalent financial capital and low cost senior debt that is not currently available in low-income communities in Wisconsin. WCDLF has formed strategic relationships with two CDFIs in order to finance transactions in distressed urban communities (with a focus on Milwaukee) and rural communities throughout the state. WCDLF will finance high-impact real estate and non-real estate projects, primarily with equity-equivalent subordinated debt products, but also with senior and mezzanine debt products with financing at least 50% below market rates.



NMTC (2003) - $100,000,000

Wisconsin Community Development Legacy Fund is a non-profit organization formed by its controlling entity and Legacy Bancorp, a minority and women-founded Wisconsin bank holding company and CDFI. Wisconsin Community Development Legacy Fund will utilize the NMTC allocation to offer a variety of products including commercial real estate loans, business loans, loans to CDEs, CDE loan purchase pools, and equity investments in CDEs. It will also assist in creating business plans for borrowers, small CDCs and CDEs in structuring complex financial transactions, and in raising capital for CDE banks.
