Districts 118 and 120 to Finally Receive State Grant Funds

The long 10-year wait is over for Mundelein Consolidated High School District 120 and Wauconda Community Unit School District 118. The two districts will finally get state grant funds for the construction of new classroom space.


The $8.3 million that District 120 has gotten will go towards building new classrooms, including science, technology, engineering and mathematics labs. The $19.6 million awarded to District 118 will cover costs of an already-built middle school.
