Suffield Receives Grant

Agency - Connecticut Bond Commission

The Connecticut Bond Commission has approved a grant-in-aid for the Town of Suffield Utility Extensions in the vicinity of Bradley International Airport worth $980,000.


According to State Rep. Elaine O'Brien, the grant will help pay for a major infrastructure project that will open up a new industrial development area near the airport and will go away towards improving the economy and stabilizing property taxes.
