NMTC (2009) - $25,000,000

Telesis CDE Corporation strives to build urban neighborhoods that are livable, beautiful, diverse and safe. Telesis CDE Corporation will use its NMTC allocation to provide low-interest senior and subordinate debt financing, including “equity-like” subordinate debt and equity to facilitate transit-related, environmentally sustainable, LEED investments that will have a high impact on job creation, business development, and neighborhood transformation to benefit low-income residents and their communities.



NMTC (2005) - $60,000,000

Telesis CDE Corporation will use its NMTC allocation to support commercial real estate development and economic development in low-income communities. Approximately 80% of the allocation will be used to finance mixed-income homeownership opportunities, mixed-use developments (combining homeownership and commercial uses), and development of community and resident service facilities. The NMTCs will allow Telesis to provide substantially below-market mezzanine and equity-like financing to qualified entities to carry out these developments. The balance of the allocation will be used to provide financing to existing and new community businesses.
