Established in May 2004, NT CDFI, Inc. is a for-profit loan fund and a subsidiary of the National Trust for Historic Preservation. It provides gap financing for acquisition, rehabilitation, construction, pre-development, community facilities, and single-family and multifamily affordable housing primarily to nonprofit developers working in historic, low-income neighborhoods.
