Urban Enterprise Fund (UEF) of Chicago, IL is a start up non-profit entity. UEF was incorporated in July of 2000 and was established to create jobs for economically disadvantaged individuals in the greater Chicago area by providing capital and management assistance to businesses and nonprofit organizations whose objectives are to create such jobs.
