Illinois Ventures for Community Action (IVCA) of Springfield, IL is a non-profit consortium of 36 community action agencies throughout the state of Illinois. IVCA acts as a lender for the state"s Community Service Block Grant program recipients; establishes for-profit ventures to encourage economic development; and provides technical assistance to its member organizations to assist with the development of community facilities.
