NMTC (2002) - $4,000,000

The Allocatee anticipates using its NMTC allocation to support: 1) a construction loan for the development of affordable, single-family homes for ownership; 2) a term loan for the development of a transit-oriented commercial center; 3) construction and term loans for commercial redevelopment of a former Post Office building and an auto service plaza; and 4) equity investments into locally-owned businesses. With the NMTC allocation, Bethel indicates that it will be able to expand the volume of its activities, expand the types of products and services it offers, and target areas of greater economic distress.
