The Community Collaboration for Economic Development (CCED) is a start-up organization whose purpose is to assist low-income and minority entrepreneurs in distressed communities around Champaign, Illinois.

SECA (1998) - $25,000

The CCED is being awarded a $25,000 Technical Assistance grant which will be used for board and staff training in areas such as loan analysis, development of lending policies and procedures, and strategic planning. Also, a portion of the grant will be used to acquire computer and peripheral hardware and software.
