NMTC (2002) - $6,000,000

CERC will utilize its NMTC allocation to make an equity investment to support the acquisition and rehabilitation of a former factory building in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and to provide equity investments into businesses that locate operations in the rehabilitated property. The property is located in a neighborhood that suffers from much higher levels of distress than those minimally required by the NMTC program. The Allocatee believes that, by investing the NMTC allocation in the form of equity to these businesses, it will provide the businesses an opportunity to leverage additional financing from the private sector.
