Housing Resources of Columbia County, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that has been in existence since 1984. Its mission is to improve housing conditions and increase housing opportunities for low-income individuals. Housing Resources is chartered as a NeighborWorks Organization and is certified as a NeighborWorks Full-Cycle Lender. Housing Resources provides the following financial and development services: pre-purchase and post purchase home ownership education; pre-purchase home inspections; home improvement construction management; and down payment/closing cost loans and small business day-care loans.
