Audubon Partnership for Economic Development LDC (APED) of New York, NY is a nonprofit entity incorporated as a state-designated Local Development Corporation in 1996. APED was established as a grass-roots organization by residents and businesses of the Washington Heights and Inwood sections of New York City. APED provides access to capital to local businesses through its Merchant Loan Fund.
