Seneca Nation of Indians Economic Development Company (Seneca Nations EDC) is an emerging Native CDFI. Its mission is to provide financial services and working capital support to new and existing small Native businesses, corporations, partnerships, and joint ventures. Seneca Nations EDC serves enrolled tribal members who have a majority interest in businesses and who are actively conducting business. It will use the FY 2009 Technical Assistance award award for: 1) staff training and related travel; 2) professional services; 3) marketing materials and accounting software: and 4) data research and telecommunications expenses.
